WOMEN'S INSTITUTE. The Glen Massey Women's Institute held their meeting In the Colt Club’s pavilion, the president, Mrs \\. Mclntyre, presiding over a good attendance. The roll call was l scs of tomatoes,” and it brought forth some very useful ideas. A competition was won by Mrs \. Tanfleld and Miss Joan Brunsldll. A demonstration on passe partout was given by Mrs R. Tanfleld, who was accorded a vote of thanks. Mesdames W. Mclntyre (president) and C. Swales (secretary) were the hostesses for the afternoon.
PERSONAL NOTES. Mrs Rutter, sent*., and Miss Rutter are spending a holiday at Rotorua and Taupo. . Mrs T. De Cortai is spending a-hon-day at Waihi Reach. Mrs J. Gumming and Mrs A. Gook have returned from a visit to Auckland. _____
