FEBRUARY MEETING. Cr. W. R. Lowry presided at the February meeting of the council, Crs. .1. Hunk's, W. McLean, .1. M. Stewart, NY. H. Kmett, NY. G. Kennedy, D. Johnson and NY. F. Stark also being present. A vole of sympathy was passed with the relatives of the late Mr James Orr. who for some years had been a member of tlie council.
