The Minister of Finance, Takahaskl, threatens that unless yen speculation ceases the Government will exerciso control of exchange, and even trade.. He vigorously attacked “ expert" bankers who sacrifice the national interest, selfishly deeming that profit is everything and policy nothing, employing cunning tricks and lying talk. He extolled the superior methods o( the British bankers. _
