FINANCIAL SUCCESS.
RECEIPTS TOTAL £1374
Evidence of the financial success of the recent summer show of the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association at Claudelands was adduced at a meeting of the executive committee to-day, when a financial statement covering the operations of the fixture was submitted.
Under the heading of receipts the following items appear:—Entry fees, £374; members’ subscriptions, £353; gate takings and stand, £'264; space, £7l; advertising in -schedule, £27; catalogues, £l6; donations, cash, £115; trophies, £B2; privileges, £6B. Receipts total £1374. The excess of receipts over expenditure amounts to £l4O. The secretary (Mr C. E. Goosman) stated that the credit balance at the bank amounted to £596. /
