HAWKE’S BAY TOURING TEAM. MATCH WITH WELLINGTON. (By Teleg-rapn.—rress Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The cricket match between the Hawke's Bay touring team and Wellington opened in favourable weather. Wellington did little better in its first innings, being all dismissed for 253. 11. Foley, oil, and C. S. Dempster 58, were the only batsmen to show form against the bowling of 11. Heaney, who took live wickets for 57 runs. Hawke's Bay in its second innings has scored nine runs for no wickets.
