. FATHER AND SON BEATEN. BOY'S LIFE IN DANQER. (From a Correspondent). SYDNEY, November 17. A shocking outrage was perpetrated In an apartment house in Phelps Street, Surrey Hills, early this morning. It appears Herbert Kissick, io, and his son Eric, J 7, were sound asleep when awakened by a loud knocking at the door. The next moment a man burs>t Into the room. He was remanded until November 25. and bail was’ refused. Sergeant Caban told the magistrate fears are entertained for the recovery of the young man.
