FAREWELL PARTY.
AT MANAWARU. A garden party was held at Mr F. Montague’s residence, Manawaru, to bid farewe]l to Miss Ethel McLaren, who is leaving Manawaru to reside in Te Aroha. A pleasant afternoon was spent. A putting competition was won by Miss McLaren, Mrs Trebilco being tjecond. The guest was presented with a handsome crystal bowl by Mrs Fitzgerald. The recipient suitably responded.
