EUCHRE AND DANCE.
UNEMPLOYED WORKERS’ MOVEMENT. The usual U.W.M. euchre and dance was held on Friday. The prize-win-ners for the euchre were: Ladies’ first Mrs Galvin, men’s first Mr Flyger, ladies’ consolation Mrs Moses, men’s consolation Mr Coutts, ladies’ travelling Mrs Galvin, men’s travelling Mr Coutts. The first Monte Carlo dance was won by Mrs Warren and Mr Stewart, and the second by Miss R. Hose and Mr A. G. Phillips.
