No person who has at any time sinoe the passing of the Gaming and Lotteries Amendment Aot, 1908, followed the occupation of a Bookmaker or Bookmaker's Clerk, no disqualified or undesirable persons will be admitted to the Te Rapa Racecourse during the Waikato Raoing Club’s meeting, and if such person is found on such Course he will he removed therefrom and proseouted for tresspass._ The promotion of sweeps is prohibited and any person infringing this regulation will be removed from the Racecourse and prosecuted.
