Mr. H. S. Gullett, Federal Minister of Customs, has suffered a complete breakdown in health since his return from Ottawa and Is not able to attend Parliament. Tills is holding up the debate on the Ottawa agreements. Fears are entertained that Mr. Gullett’s condition is so serious that lie may be compelled to resign his portfolio.
