SUNDAY AVIATION.
INFORMATION DISMISSED. DEFINITE RULING DESIRED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Thursday. The information was dismissed by the Magistrate, Mr Hewitt this morning when George Bruce Bolt, a pilot, of Wellington, was -charged with plying for hire with an aeroplane at Napier on a Sunday. His Worship pointed out that Magistrates in other parts of the Dominion had given varying decisions on similar cases, and he was not prepared to add another to these. In his opinion the case should go before a higher court for a deAnite ruling. It is expeoted the police will appeal.
