DONATIONS APPRECIATED.
SUMMER SHOW PRIZE LIST. CONTRIBUTIONS FREELY GIVEN. “Considering the times I think that the manner in which the various firms and well-wishers of the association have generously given us donations of cash and goods for our prize list is worthy of the highest commendation,” said Mr 11. Windsor, president of the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association at a meeting or the general committee to-day. Donations have been forthcoming in good numbers, and the association’s prize list for the forthcoming show will be well up to the standard of previous years. Several speakers made eulogistic reference to the spirit which prompted the donors to assist the association, and a vote of thanks and appreciation of their donations was carried.
