INWARD OVERSEAS. The Rangitiki Is due at Auckland from London on Wednesday wjth mall for New Zealand. The Niagara is due at Auokland from Vancouver on Monday, Ootober 31 with English and American mail. The Makura is due at Wellington from Sydney next Monday morning with Australian letter mail for Auokland. The Maunganui is due at Auckland from Sydney on Tuesday, November 1, with Australian mail.
