ACTION FOR DIVORCE.
CO-RESPONDENT TO PAY. HUSBAND'S PETITION SUCCEEDS.* (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court Leon Albert Llbeau claimed from John Thomas Bradlev £SOO damages for alleged adultery with hjs wife, Iris Joan Llbeau. , , , , Respondent had filed a denial, nut did not appear to defend the case. The jury awarded the full amount, claimed, with costs. Later Mr Justice Ostler granted Libcau a decree nisi, on the ground of adultery. The petition was not defended.
