AUCKLAND STATION.
COMFORT FOR TRAVELLERS. It has been observed by the officials of the Hailway Department that numbers of people who arrive at Auckland early in the morning by the express from flie south do not seem to be aware of the "creature comforts” available at the big station. An advertisement in this issue gives a reminder that the modern provision for the public includes bath-rooms, hairdressing saloon, refreshment room, fruit shop, and bookstall, which are controlled by the Railway refreshment branch.
