In a representative League game on Saturday, Auckland proved _ too good for South Auckland, winning by points to 13 points. The teams were: Auckland.— Campbell; List, Davidson, Scott; Brisbane. Cooke; Mclntyre; Hutt, Campbell, S. Clark, Lawless, Hall, A. Clark. South Auckland. —W. Tittleton G. Tittleton, Garry, Whorskev; Holland Peckham; Abbott; Stephenson, Plenties, Hogan, Mcßurney, Laird, Tinns. Auckland Scores. After being cramped for room on ‘the line, List placed a kick lo centre. Brisbane look it and sent on to Hall, who had a clear run in. A Clarke goaled. —Auckland 5, South Auckland 0. , . List made another good run, being held up by Whorskev. A penalty enabled Abbott to put the ■visitors in Auckland’s .territory, but Mclntyre. Brisbane and Cooke made a dash. Stephenson broke away and got in a kick which threatened danger, but Cooke came round fast and cleared. Then Brisbane sent to Cooke, to Scott, the last-named racing round Tittleton to score behind the posts. A. Clarke 1 goaled.—Auckland 10, South Auck-, land 0. Goal to Visitors.
