MARTIN’S HOME BREW.

The requirements in this important connection are available through Martin’s Home Brew. This firm, which has Its headquarters at Huntly West, has a stall In the Roots Section of the Waikato Winter Show, on which are displayed samples of ale and stout in packets. These are excellent and .special preparations for the home manufacture of a first-class beverage. Every carton is separately assembled and not filled from a bulk mixture of uncertain proportions. The directions to be observed are exceedingly simple, and if followed will procure a clear, cheap stimulant fit for all occasions when such a refreshment is required. The product is a full-bodied, wholesome, satisfying drink. No chemicals are used to obtain results, and the mixture can be used with entire confidence. Full directions and useful hints are printed with each packet. There is no such thing as wasting a brew. Should a brew fail to work satisfactorily the first time, warm the liquid a second time and add fresh yeast. If yeast is not available a bottle of beer from Lhe previous brew, if in good condition, may be poured into the new brew and yeast will not be required. Martin’s Home Brew preparation has been used extensively throughout the Dominion to the utmost satisfaction of numerous clients. The large packets contain sufficient to brew four gallons and the smaller packets two gallons, at a cost of less than 2d per pint.
