His will bequeths his entire fortune to his “brothers and sisters in Ireland, but lie hart no correspondence with bis family for many years, am | it is believed that only one sister now survives. For the last ten years Mr Spencer stayed al quid boardinghouses, dressed almost shabbily, enjoyed practically no amusements, and hardly spent a penny on himself.
