WALLACE MILKING MACHINE.

ATTRACTION TO FARMERS. The Waikato Winter Show is certainly better than ever this year, and in keeping with the Show, the Wallace exhibition stand is better than ever before. In the past this enterprising firm have shown many of their manufactures of Interest to dairy farmers, but the 1932 exhibits eclipse all past efforts to bring before the farmer the most progressive and effective methods of farming. This well-known concern of Hamilton, with branches throughout the Island, plays a big part in the life of the farmer, and naturally its display is the subject of constant inquiry. Several of the exhibits shown on this stand are entirely new and have not been shown before in any part of New Zealand, and any farmer who has progress for a motto would be well advised to call and see this truly wonderful exhibition. General Farm Implements. A comprehensive display of farm machinery is incorporated on the Wallace stand. This includes the Wallace Tripod and Caterpillar Harrows, which out the ground every 1± Inches. Replacements of knives oost I only 5d with these harrows, which are available in all sizes from 6ft upwards. The Wallace “ Sureso,” the latest > Invention in topdressers, is being | shown. The Sureso has no stars, is of light draught, requires only one horse, and does exceptionally good work on hillsides. Blackstone Engines are also being featured. These are the products of England’s famous engine manufacturers, Messrs. Blackstone’s, Ltd. Wallace Super Machines. Every dairyfarmer should see the D. McL. Wallace combination set. Truly no greater value in milking machines has ever been offered before. This set, which requires no support from cowshed walls or separatorrooms, has been produced to increase the efficiency of milking machine installation, and also to reduce the cost of running to the farmer. With this set, which can be driven by electric motor or engine, the vacuum pump speeds can easily be controlled in accordance with the number of bails of the milking machine in use. If two bails only are being used, the vacuum pump speed is reduced accordingly, thus eliminating unnecessary wastage of power. The “ One-Man Wonder” Is a little machine produced for the man with a small herd to enable him to enjoy the use of machinery, thus saving the i drudgery of hand-milking. Although low-priced, it is of typical Wallace quality throughout. These machines are assembled ready for the farmer to place in position. A never-failing water supply at extremely low cost is assured by a “ Wallace” ball-lbearlng deep-well gearing, models of which are on dis- ■ play. All dairyfarmers will be inter- . ested in them, also their reasonable i prices and easy purchase terms. 1 The Wallace exhibition is tastefully ; set out and would do credit to any j show in the world. It is situated directly behind the root exhibitions. ■ Any farmer who leaves the Show without having inspected the Wallace exhibition will not have seen the complete 1932 Waikato Winter Show. —64 ;
