WAR AGAINST RUSSIA.

Reynolds' Newspaper states that during the next few weeks 20 or 30 ships will leave British shores with munitions of war for japan, which, having crushed China, contemplates war on a grand scale, aiming to oust Russia from the Chinese eastern railway, depriving her of access to the Pacific.
The paper declares that the German chemical Industry Is supplying corrosive acid, labelled pianos. France and Poland are contributing bombs and tanks. Britain Is understood to be manufacturing 300,000 rifles and many torpedoes for Japan.
