TE AROHA NEWS.
A PRESENTATION. The Croquet Club entertained Mrs and Miss Corcoran on the eve of their leaving Te Aroha, when the president, Mrs Hepburn, presented Miss Corcoran with a handsome tray as a token of appreciation of the many courtesies extended to the club members. PLUNKET SOCIETY. Mrs F. W. Wild presided at the monthly meeting of the Plunket Society. The nurse’s report for March stated as follows:—Attendances at rooms, adults 192, babies 175, elder children 21: new cases, 8. The bank balance as at March 31 was £6B 15s 1 Id.
