SOCIAL EVENING.

TECHNICAL OLD CURLS’ ASSN. A very pleasant social evening was held on Thursday in the Wattle Tea Rooms, when a large number of old pupils gathered to commence the year’s activities. A dainty supper was served by the committee, and the success of the evening was due to their efforts. Games and competitions were indulged in and the following members rendered items: —Recitation, Miss Alice Luxton; solo, Miss Maud Blythe; pianoforte solo, Miss Alma Burton; ■muscial sketch, Miss M. Noble; tap duo. Misses D. and T. Gould. During the evening presentations were made to Mrs Fraser and Miss Noble in appreciation of their services rendered to the club.
