FORCED LANDING.
INCIDENT AT TE RAPA. TANK RUN DRY. It now transpires that the cause of the forced landing of the de Soutter ’plane flown by Mr S. Blackmore at Te Rapa on Wednesday afternoon was shortage of petrol. The tank, on being examined by the owner of the machine, Mr Martin Scott, was found to be completely dry.
