STEEPLEJACK’S FALL.
CRASH OF 100 FEET. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, August 12. A steeplejack, Percy Gale, fell 100 feet from a chimney stack at Banstead Hospital, Surrey. He crashed through the roof and slid down a heap of coal to the floor of the boilerhouse.
The man miraculously escaped with fractures of both legs.
