BRIDGE PARTY.
FOR GUIDE FUNDS. Mrs F. D. Pinfold was hostess at a bridge parly on Tuesday evening given in aid of the Girl Guide funds. Apologies were received from the Commissioner. Mrs H. Toombs, who was unable to attend through sickness. Mrs Pinfold received her guests in a frock of black and rose ninon. Those present were:—Mrs W. McNicol, Mrs Gordon Smith, Mrs Burten* shaw, Mrs T. N. Pemberton, Mrs Blomfleld, Mrs Linder, Mrs Hovey, Mrs F. Seccombe, Mrs D. Andrews, Mrs Greenin, Mrs N. H. Hooker, Mrs E. .G. Scrimshaw, Mrs Carbon, Mrs A. Miller, Mrs Louden, Mrs A. Williams, Mrs R. Seddon, Mrs Martin, Mrs Brinkman, Misses Eggleston. Miss Shearer, Miss Osmers. Miss Finlayson, Miss Faulston, Sister Wordsworth.
