PLUCKED EYEBROWS.
Eyebrows are coming back. Plucked eyebrows are no longer fashionable. Women are letting their eyebrows grow once more, remembering that they play an important part in the character of the face. Eyebrows need daily nourishment —red vaseline or castor oil will make them grow, and the same may be said of the eyelashes. Persistent use of the right kind of brush will finally persuade the most obstinate of eyebrows .to take the form suited to the type of face. The most vivaciously attractive woman can add to her vivacity by training her eyebrows to turn slightly upwards into an almost indefinite line.
