RETURN FROM AMERICA,

Two Wellington boxers, A. J. Cleverly and Ted Morgan, returned to-diy by the Makura from San Francis >o after an eight months' visit to the United Stales.
Cleverly said ho experienced groat difficulty in getting matches, which wero not controlled by tho'assoclatio'i, but by managers. Arrangements were made by managers and If they thought a contestant was too good for their “ boy," there would he no match. - He was rather disappointed In not being able to get more contests.
