N.S.W. STATE GOVERNOR.
WILL NOT BE RECALLED. ATTITUDE APPROVED. United Press Assn,—Elec. Tel. copyright, (Received June 9, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 8. It can be accepted that Whitehall, having considered Mr Lang’s case which Mr A. C. Willis (the Agent •General for New South Wales) presumably presented, will not consider recalling the Governor, Vioe-Admiral Sir P. W. Game, whose constitutional attitude is definitely approved. It is obvious that Mr Lang does! not posses the sympathy of tho British Labour Government. The State Governor refused to aocede to tho request of tho Lang Government to swamp the Legislative Council with a view to its abolition, contending that the properi course to pursue, in view of developments, was to appeal to the country for a mandate on tho matter.
