The Daily Herald’s financial editor says New Zealand is to be congratu•lated upon the detailed information given in the prospectus of her latest loan. An important point is that a considerable portion of the. loan is to be spent in Britain. The Morning Post also praises the frankness of the prospectus. The Financial Times, in pointing out the attractive terms and first-class security, also emphasises that a considerable portion of the money is to be spent in Britain on the purchase of material and plant.
