F. McKendry’s investment was made immediately after the window was officially closed. That being so the conduct of MoKendry and J. E. Fitzgerald, totalisator clerk, is censurable, and the association reprimands both parties. A copy of this resolution is to be sent to Mr James, proprietor of the totalisator, and to the Minister of Internal Affairs.’*
