RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTB (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. A decree for restitution of conjugal rights was granted by Mr Justice Smith to-day in unusual circumstances. The man against whom the decree is sought, is a voluntary inmate of the Rotoroa inebriates' home and his detention order does not expire for nine months.
