UNUSUAL COURT CASE
RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTB (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. A decree for restitution of conjugal rights was granted by Mr Justice Smith to-day in unusual circumstances. The man against whom the decree is sought, is a voluntary inmate of the Rotoroa inebriates' home and his detention order does not expire for nine months. The Judge adopted the procedure of an English case in which the respondent, when a decree was made, was on active service. He granted the decree but directed it not to be served until the Court gave further directions.
