THAT WAISTLINE.

Stand in front of a mirror and set your feet firmly together, with your arms stretched out in front, then gradually pivol-turn from your waist toward the left side. Move your arms along the same line as your body, but keep your feet in the same position. Now turn your body as far round as possible, until the back of the room comes into view and your muscles are stretched to the utmost. Then reverse, and pivot-turn to the right side, keeping your arms always in the same position and line as the upper part of your body. Repeat this movement four times to each side.
