TAUWHARE.
Bible Class Soolal. A verv pleasant evening was spent at a social organised by the Bible Class members. During the evening Bev Hay on behalf of the congregation' and Bible Glass members made a, presentation to Miss Myrtle Windsor in appreciation of her services as organist and Bible Class leader. The evening was devoted to items and games, and a dainty supper was served by the ladles. Kitchen Evening. A kitchen evening, given In honour of Miss Myrtle Windsor, who Is to be married shortly, took place In the Tauwhare Hall on Wednesday evening. As Miss Windsor and Mr D- Fell, are very well known and popular residents of the district, a large crowd gathered, the hall being packed to its utmost capacity by friends and wellwishers. . . , Mr Barker presented the many beautiful gifts on behalf of those present and Mr Fell responded on behalf’ of Miss Windsor.
