PLUNKET SOCIETY.
FRANKTON BRANCH. The Frankton committee of the Plunket Society held a most successful Paddy’s Market in Commerce Street yesterday. The proceeds were in aid of the proposed new building for Frankton, and the stallholders were highly gratified with the result of their efforts. The cake was won by Mrs Coulter (51b 9foz), Miss Iris Steele winning the trousseau suit. The ladies in charge of the stalls were Mesdames C. H. Hume, Ewart Brown, G. Buckland, Bary, Hogarth, Platts and Sanford,
