Mr W. Bourne asked if it would not be possible to re-open the old camp temporarily. Mr F. J. Farrell saw no reasop whatever why the old camp should not be again made available to the public. It had been declared that the residents of the vicinity had objected strongly to the presence of the camp. He had the assurance of a number of them that such was not the case. Mr E. N. It had been declared after the camp was closed, however, .-that the Borough Council would not re-open the camp on any account. It was mentioned that the main difficulty in connection with the camp had been the action of the occupier of a private section alongside the camp.
