SOCIAL EVENING.
ST. GEORGE’S DRAMATIC CLUB. A pleasant function took place at the conclusion of the entertainment given in St. George’s Hall on Thursday evening by the St. George’s DraVnafic Club when Mrs F. Prenton, producer of the three plays presented, was made the recipient of a handsome fruit bowl by members of the club. In handing over the gift, Rev. R. J. Boyt referred in glowing terms to the keenness and ability displayed by Mrs Prenton.
