Company Formed. The Progress Buildings (Otorohanga)' Company, has been formed registered, with a capital of £9OOO in £i shares, the subscribers being T. ’ V- Levien and Elizabeth Levien, 100 shares each; Dr. C. B. Gilberd, J. A. Ormsby and Dora M. Paterson, 50; and S. J: Fortescue, 25 shares. A. and P. President. The secretary of the Otorohanga Agricultural and Pastoral Association is calling for nominations for the office of president to the association, a position very ably filled by Mr W. B. The Otorahanga Cricket Club will start- the senior play on Saturday when a team will play against Te Awamutu High School at Te Awamutu. At the monthly meeting of the Waitomo Power Board the question of the collection of charges from dairy herdsmen during their flush months, instead of over the whole year, was brought up by Mr Lee, wflio stated that this system was adopted by the Te Awamutu Powei* Board.
