ADJUDGED BANKRUPT.
SOLICITOR AND HIS WIFE. ASSETS VALUED AT £150,000. (By Tclefirapb.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Friday. An order for the adjudication of Evven Wiliam Alison, jun., of Auckland, solicitor, and his wife, Winnie Alison, as bankrupts, was made by tiie Supreme Court to-day. The total liabilities in the estate amounted to £IOO,OOO, and Lite assets are valued at over £150,000. The summons for adjudication came before the Court in July, proceedings having been launched by a woman who had a mortgage of £SOO over one of tiie properties. Tiie summons had been adjourned to enable debtors to realise in their properties, but to-day it was staled that debtors would offer nonobjection to the order.
