LABOUR DAY HOLIDAY. On Saturday a counter delivery will be made at Hamilton and Frankton between 7 and 8 p.m. of all mall matter addressed within the postmen’s deliveries. * Monday will be observed as a close holiday in the Post Ofilce, Money Order and Savings Bank. The telegraph office, Hamilton, will he open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 8 p.m.
