The spectacle of a large party of National Socialists marching in the streets with the upper part of their bodies naked surprised and gratified. Berlin residents. . ’ The incident was the sequel to the Prussian Government’s decree forbidding the National Socialists to wear; uniforms in public. After a collision with their political opponents, the police compelled the marchers to take off the brown shirts which is part of their uniform, and the Socialists continued to parada bare-backed.■
