OLD BOYS’ RUGBY UNION.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—l should like, through you, to ask the writer signing himself “ Old Boy,” (which signature, 'by the way, seems faulty as “Poor Sport” would be more in keeping for the tone of the letter), what players he considers are more worthy of selection for the Junior Representatives than those whe so easily defeated Morrinsvilie by 30—0. Presumably “ Old Boy ” considers himself a more capable judge of-football ability than the selector—if so, he should apply for the position. Doubtless he would make an efficient selector. Moreover, if he is unable to And any better subject for fault-find-ing than the selection of the Junior Reps., he is a very fortunate man. In conclusion, I must say that, for ; malicious conglomeration of absolute drivel, “ Old Boy’s ” letter will certainly take a great deal of beating.—l am, etc., AN UNBIASSED ENTHUSIAST.
