TEACHERS’ APPEAL BOARD
APPOINTMENTS GAZETTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The appointments to the Teachers’ Appeal Boards for 1930 are gazetted this evening. They consist of the following members: —Chairman, Mr Andrew Duncan Thomson; representatives of the Education Department, Messrs Alexander Bell, William Watson Bird, Nelson Thomas Lambourne; representatives of the teachers in secondary schools, Messrs Thomas Brodie and Frank Hyde Campbell; technical school teachers, Messrs Frederick William Martin and Robert John Thompson; primary school teachers. North Island, Messrs Alfred Joseph Charles Hall and Frank Livingston Combs; South Island, Messrs Henry Frank Penlington and David Dickie Steadman.
