SUDAN UNITED MISSION.

INTERESTING LECTURE. BY DOMINION SECRETARY, e Mr J. Priestley, Dominion secretary of the Sudan United Mission, delivered a very interesting lantern lecture in the Presbyterian Bible-class Hall, Claudelands, last evening. Rev. H. G. Gilbert presided over a good attendance. During his remarks Mr Priestley mentioned that the mission had 120 workers in the field. The New Zealand and Australian branches have to look after the Eastern section. New Zealand has sent 20 workers out, and the Waikato must be proud to have sent some representatives. Mr Priestley will give a similar lecture at the Nawton Hall this evening.
