BRIDGE PARTY.
FOR WELLINGTON VISITOR J. Mrs W. D. Ross gave a bridge party on Tuesday afternoon ir honour of her guest, Mrs Northover, of Wellington. The room was decorated with autumn flowers and prizes were won by Mrs E. R. Gresham and Miss Wallnutt. Mrs Ross was wearing a gown of black georgette relieved with beige georgette, Mrs Northover wearing back crepe de chine. Those present were Mesdames J. Gibbons, J. D. Smith, Harper (Wanganui), E. R. Gresham, E. P. Cowles, Sandford, Baker (Tauranga), R. B. Cranwell, R. Guy, Miss WallnulL
