FOUND BY NIGHT.

IN WELLINGTON THEATRE. TWO MEN CHARGED. (By. Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wednesday. Bernard McDonald, alias Frederick McAlister, aged 29, slaughtermen, and James Olsen, aged 36, labourer, who were found on the premises of the Grand Opera House on the night of May 10, were to-day committed for trial on charges of attempting to break and enter the counting-house of J. G. Williamson (N.Z.), Ltd., with intent to commit a crime, and with being rogues and vagabonds, in that they were found by night without lawful excuse in the Grand Opera House building. ‘ - The story was that the night watchman found a broken, file in the lock, and summoned the 'police, a search revealing the two men hiding behind seats in toe stalls.
