SEQUEL TO ACCIDENT.
WIDOW AWARDED £1250. MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL. (By Telegraph.-—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. Mr Justice Kennedy delivered reserved judgment on a non-suit point that the verdict was against the weight of evidence in the case in whicli Margaret Mcßeath was awarded £1250 damages for the loss of her husband, as the result of a motor collision, against Roy Wallace, the driver, and Fleming and Company, finding in favour of the plaintiff. A motion for a new trial has been filed.
