WRIGHT, STEPHENSON AND CO. ANNUAL MEETING HELD. 7 PER CENT. DIVIDEND. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The twenty-fourth annual meeting of Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., was held at the head office of the company to-day, in the presence of a large number of shareholders. The profit and loss account, including £37,024 brought forward from last year, showed a credit balance of £73,058. The dividend of 7 per cent, on the ordinary shares was declared, and the fixed payment to preference shareholders was adopted, leaving a balance of £38,366 to be carried forward. Mr J. A. Johnstone . and Mr R. S. Abraham, the retiring directors, were re-elected. Messrs Barr, Burgess, and Stewart were reappointed auditors.
