CAIRO, May 19
Negotiations with Britain have not been definitely broken off, deolared Nahas Pasha when addressing a huge crowd which deliriously weloomed the delegates and broke the police cordon and halted the Premier’s car.
Makram, interviewed, stated that he hoped the negotiations would soon be resumed. The breakdown was not a failure but a step towards final success.
