TAMAHERE DANCE.
A dance in aid of the Church building fund was organised by the members of the T.E.'G. and held in the school hall on Wednesday, May 14. The hall was decorated in blue and gold, the Club colours, their badge being suspended from the lights. The music, which was supplied by the Rio orchestra, Hamilton, was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Extras were very kindly played by Mrs C. Pickering. The Monte Carlo waltz was won 'by Miss Woodcock • and Mr McKinnon. Supper was provided, the arrangements being in charge of Mrs L. Whewell.
