THE RAGLAN COMPANY. Butter manufactured by the Raglan Co-operative Dairy Company from October 1 to April 30 amounts to 325 tons, the average grade being 93.383. This season 599 tons w'ere graded ’’finest,” as against 143 tons last year. The pay-out for April is lid.pert lb, and amounts to £1865. BRUNTWOOD. At a meeting of the Bruijtwood Dairy Company returns w'ere presented showing that for April 37,5141 b of butterfat were suplied, compared with 30,0191 b in April, 1929, an increase of 74951 b. , The directors decided upon an advance at the rate of Is 2d per lb for chese, the total pay-out being £2IBB, compared with £2OOI for the same month last year, w'hen the basis of payment was Is 4d. Up to the end of April this season the company has advanced its suppliers £33,820, compared with £31,583 for the same period last year.
